Just a quick update to let you know that we have added buttons to chatbot responses to make it even easier to quickly get the answers you need.
These buttons allow you to provide guided answers to your team based on the most common topics people ask about. Instead of having an unlimited universe to search through, you can focus on the topics that are most likely causing an issue based on historical data.
This also makes it faster to get to the right answer. You no longer need to type out full statements, rather you can just click a single button to get the answer.
