How do I configure my Team’s alert settings?
Configuring your Teams’ alert settings gives you control over how your agents become aware of new Relay activity.
- Go to Organizations → Teams and search for your Team.
- Double click on your Team or click on (Pencil) to open it.
- On the left navigation bar of the Org Teams modal, select (Alerts & Notifications).
- Select the types of notifications you wish your Team’s agents to receive for each type of activity. You may select all or zero options for each field.
