How do I attach files to Issue conversations? 

You can attach one or more files to Issue Private and Public Chats on Chat, Email, and SMS channels.

Chat channel

  1. In the Issue Public/Private Chat, click on Attach button (Attach Files(s)).
  2. Select one or more files from your computer.
  3. (optional) To cancel the upload, click on Cancel upload button (Cancel transfer).

Email channel

  1. In the Issue Public/Private Chat, select Email as the communication channel.
  2. Click on  (Compose Email).
  3. In the top right corner of the Compose Email modal, click on Attach button (Add attachment).
  4. Select one or more files from your computer.
  5. (optional) To cancel the upload, click on Cancel upload button (Cancel transfer).

SMS channel

  1. In the Issue Public/Private Chat, select SMS as the communication channel.
  2. Click on Attach button (Attach Files(s)).
  3. Select one or more files from your computer.
  4. (optional) To cancel the upload, click on Cancel upload button (Cancel transfer).

 

How do I view Issue conversation attachments?

In the Issue Public/Private Chat, select  (Attachments).
